| Furniture consignment/donation requires a visit by our volunteers to view
items for approval. |
| Consigned items must have a selling value of $15.00 to be consigned. |
| We limit consignment to 20 items per half-hour appointment. Sets of
items (dishes, tea sets, etc.) are considered one item. |
| One 60 minute or two 30 minute consignment appointments per person per month
can be scheduled. |
| Products must be in "ready to display" condition. If cleaning is
required, a fee of 10% of the initial selling price will be charged. |
| Consignors receive 50% of selling price. |
| Merchandise is displayed for 90 days, with a 15% price reduction every 30
days. |
| Unsold items may be reclaimed or donated. |
| Donations welcome at any time. A tax letter will be provided. |
